Musician Certification

According to the regulations of the Qualification Certification Committee of the

international musician of the European Association for the promotion of

international educational and cultural exchanges, upholding the international

standards for the assessment of the professional level of global social art, and

referring to the basic concepts of Western European music and internationally

recognized performance level, a fair evaluation is made on the level of the

musical player's ability, skill, sensitivity and resolution. Promote the

dissemination of international excellent music, education, science and culture.

Promote scientific research on big data of music brain IQ evaluation. At the

same time of sound development of music education, it is recommended to

apply for international music study in Europe directly. To contribute innovative

talents with high intelligence and skills and the power of scientific and

technological progress to the community of shared future of mankind and the

promotion of the quality of global civilization.

2021 "international musician" qualification certification is about to start, in line

with the international concept of voluntary declaration. In China, refer to the

test standards of the Chinese Musicians Association, and add the subject

evaluation of the reading and writing function of the music brain. The relevant

regulations are as follows:

(1) the music rating and evaluation system of 100% system is adopted for

certification:

60 points pass (qualified), 85 points are good (guidance level), 90 points above

are (International musicians).

(2) type of qualification certificate and test scheme:

1. Qualification certificate of international musician (including keyboard music,

orchestral music, vocal music and basic theory of Music).

2. Music listening level certificate (including: harmonic interval, chord, melody,

polyphony, symphony, etc.).

3. Music brain IQ test certificate (including: music theory written test and music

reading and writing function, test brain IQ left and right hemispheres function

and information exchange ability).

(3) candidates applying for the qualification of international musician must have music level and skills above medium level (i.e. national level above level 3 in

China).

(4) the international musician qualification certification activity is held twice a

year.

(5) the highest level, in the International Interdisciplinary Music Education

Institutions of higher learning for evaluation.

(6) the qualification of judges certified by the international musician in China

must be:

1. Must hold the qualification certificate of senior professional title certified by

Chinese musicians and Chinese government (excluding deputy senior);

2. Must hold the qualification certificate of national music grade examiner in

China;

3. It must obtain the authorization certificate of the international musician

Qualification Certification Committee..

(7) internal and external notes to the qualification certificate of international

musician, in accordance with international practice - all in English.

(8) music categories and theoretical tests declared by international musicians:

1. Music types: Piano, violin, accordion, electronic piano (double key),

saxophone, clarinet, flute, adult vocal music, children's vocal music, classical

guitar, trumpet;

2. Music listening, reading and writing functions and music theory of National

University (medical music test) in China.

(9) pre selection of qualification certification of international musician Title:

In China, the evaluation can be conducted according to the standards stipulated

by the "China Musicians Association" (or the comprehensive evaluation can be

made by the international judges according to the international level of the

selected music).

Qualified musicians will be awarded the title qualification certificate of

international musician.

(12) application for registration, assessment and certificate of musicians：

1. Registration: from now on, you can register at the music instructor's office of

each city (county) school, the place of the examination, the time of the

examination and other relevant matters. Please contact with each registration

point for consultation.

2. All units applying for collective registration shall come to handle it at the time

mutually agreed.

(13) registration procedures：

1. For the type and level of application, please ask the musicians and examinees

for advice from the instructor in advance, pay a pre-trial fee of 100 yuan and

send a video. Select the appropriate international declaration level after passing

the preliminary examination before filling in. No modification or refund is

allowed after application.

2. Applicants must bring the application fee, and three recent passport photos

of musicians and examinees of the same version (4.8 * 3.3cm). Fill in the

application form as required after receiving it.

3. Pay: application fee, certificate fee, test fee, review fee and the application

form with photos pasted, and handle the invitation letter.

(14) requirements for filling in the application form:

1. The handwriting is neat and standard, the items are complete and the

content is accurate. The polysyllabic, remote and variant characters in the

candidates' names must be marked with Chinese pinyin.

2. The name and work unit of the instructor shall be filled in after asking the

teacher himself / herself, and shall not be filled in at will.

3. If you register for another person and the item is not clear, please fill in the

form after asking, so as to avoid mistakes and unnecessary losses.

4. Appraisal time: subject to the notice of the judge for the qualification

certification of international musician.
